- Under and Unemployed Youth and Adults Outcome: Expanding opportunities for under-employed and unemployed individuals, including those who do not speak English, to access entry-level employment that can lead to self-sufficiency.
- Promoting Financial Literacy: Offering resources and education that help residents make informed decisions, budget effectively, and work toward financial goals.
